DALLAS STAR BOYZ CADETS LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective for all Quinceañera & Sweet 16 choreography, cadet rentals, and event support services.
Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully.
By booking with Dallas Star Boyz Cadets LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies listed below.

1. General Requirements
1.1 Clients must bring a folder to every practice (music list, court names, event details).
1.2 We do not copy or recreate another company’s choreography. All routines are original to Dallas Star Boyz Cadets LLC.
1.3 All communication regarding your event must be directed to Edgar Villa or approved staff.

2. Payments & Deposits
2.1 Deposits are required to secure your date and are non-refundable.
2.2 Payment structure (unless otherwise stated):
• 1st Payment: Deposit
• 2nd Payment: 50% of remaining balance at first practice
• 3rd Payment: Final 50% before the last practice
2.3 A $100 late fee applies if the final payment is made on the event day.
2.4 Extra practices are billed at $150+ each (DFW area).
2.5 Additional event-day hours are billed at $150 per hour.

3. Practice Rules & Scheduling
3.1 All clients must follow the schedule established for practices.
3.2 Holidays may affect scheduling. We will reschedule or provide a makeup option if needed.
3.3 Parents/guests are expected to maintain a respectful environment. Loud disruptions or disrespect may result in removal from practice or termination of services.

4. Choreography & Performance
4.1 Cadets may perform the same choreography for multiple events unless an exclusive dance is purchased.
4.2 Exclusive choreography must be discussed and approved before payment.
4.3 Clients may provide input on padrinos, songs, and special requests through the designated forms.
4.4 You may not request or choose the “main cadet.” Assignments are made by Edgar based on event needs, skill level, and availability.

5. Cadets & Choreographers
5.1 Only cadets or choreographers assigned to your event will be present. Edgar may not attend every event.
5.2 Clients may not conduct business directly with cadets or choreographers during an active agreement.
5.3 Cadets wear their standard DSB uniform unless a special outfit is requested and approved in advance.

6. Event-Day Policies
6.1 Cadets must arrive at the time agreed upon based on your package.
6.2 Cadet participation in the limousine, church, or external locations requires an additional fee not included in standard packages.
6.3 We handle last-minute corrections and support on the event day for packages that include event-day presence.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
7.1 All payments are non-refundable.
7.2 Deposits may be transferred to a new date if scheduling allows.
7.3 In cases where behavior, safety, or disrespect becomes an issue, Dallas Star Boyz Cadets LLC reserves the right to terminate services without refund.

8. Referral Program
8.1 Clients who refer a new customer who books and provides the code “DSB123” will receive $50.

9. Liability
9.1 Dallas Star Boyz Cadets LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe floors, environments, or misconduct.
9.2 Parents are responsible for supervising children not participating in practice.
9.3 By participating, you agree that photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

By paying your deposit or attending your first practice, you acknowledge that you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
